W2k DHCP server filling up with bad addresses?

Basically as the title states. Last 5 numbers of the UID are aaa84.

Is this a virus?

One time at my old work place, IP addresses were being distributed because of a router. The IP addresses were useless and cramming up the network environment. Just a peice of advice.
