W2k debugger problem......

I'm trying to run APCOMPAT.EXE but I always get a message box poping up which states.....

A debugger has been detected.

Please unload the debugger and try again.


Doea anyone know what this is refering to and how to turn it off? I think it means Dr Watson.

check on msdn.microsoft.com or it might even be in the windows help about what registry key to change to turn off dr watson, or to set it to use something else in place of it.
(i found it once before...but dont remember were )
