W2K and Voodoo Banshee

I can't play Unreal Tournament fullscreen on W2K.
Config P3 550, 128Mo and a Voodoo Banshee Video Board.
Is this problem typical to W2K (you can't get any game running fullscreen on this OS?) or is this a problem related to my video card? Many thanks.
 
me thinks it's a banshee thing.

just make sure of a few things.

-use 3dfx's win2k driver, if that doesn't work see if a wicked gl driver is out
-make sure you have the latest version of all your drivers, and dx
-check to see if you have a command line that forces it to run windowed.
