W2k and ACPI

Hi,

When I tried to install Windows 2K it said my BIOS doesn't support ACPI properly (I'm using k7s5a motherboard). Is this normal? Am I supposed to disable ACPI for Win 2k? Will downloading the latest bios update fix this?
