W2K - All my icons are random? Any thoughts?

All my icons are random - they come up as different things, sometimes completely disappear - very strange. Happens on desktop and in explorer. Thanks for the help.

Delete the ShellIconCache file....

Or use TweakUI, go to the Repair tab, and select Rebuild Icons.
