This is how it should be:

Require a password on wakeup:
On battery: yes
Plugged in: no

Also I want monitor and sleep set differently. As of now there is just one setting for both ac and battery. Any ideas?

i found none of my Asus zenbook specific programs worked on Win10 (battery/power saving mode, touchpad software etc). My touchpad was so slow after the upgrade too. Just downgraded back to win 8.1 which worked flawless. I'll wait until July 2016 to upgrade and hopefully by then all the software will be compatible and all the bugs ironed out.

right-click windows (start)smart menu logo and you can go to classic control panel. You can find more power options there.

edit: Or through additional & advanced settings.

Exactly, however it is not there. It is not anywhere. It is almost like it thinks it is a desktop.

I have the options for both battery and AC up the advanced settings in Control Panel. But I have found on my tablet it doesn't matter what settings I give Windows it always wants a password or PIN after waking from sleep. I gave up and just set up a PIN in the end.
