Remember, I little debt with controlled payments is helpful for your credit rating.
It shows you have experience (the good kind).
Unless of course you have plans to wealthy and not need credit of any form.

Seems easy enough but maybe you don't need a cell phone or a new car. Answering machine or second hand car will suffice.
Hardest thing to do? Save up $10,000. After you have the discipline to do that, everything else comes easy.
When the washer or dryer breaks you go get a new one and pay cash. I can't believe the number of people who shop all day to find something only to put it on Credit card and make it a bad deal.
