Georgetown Maine, Looking out across the mouth of the kennebec river, the lights are from a town called Parker Head

Ndee: i think you could but you might run into noise issues with such a long exposure, I know my Olympus C-720UZ showed Hot Pixels on 10 second expoures

lol...true true.

Is photo school expensive? I've thought about some classes, but haven't looked into it at all. What kind of requirements are there to get into a school?

well this one has no requirements so its cool, they accept peopel of all ages and educational backgrounds

to get into a Art College is like normal college but i think you need a portfolio as well
grad School for art is hard as hell to get into, you need a good background and a big portfolio, whis is why im doing this cause i want to get my MFA and teach

NESOP costs about 14K a year, and its a 2 year program, + there is 6000$ of expenses that the student might have. 6K is the top end average is less then 1/2 that, that 6K includes the cost of all filmm paper, equpiment and such, I also need to but a 4x5 view camera and they cost like 1K and that is factored into that 6K as well

tuition does not enclude room and board, i gotta pay for that myself as well, but luckily i got aid this time around, unlike undergrad where i got crap
