Oh the shittyness of cheap college apartments... you all know them... anyways, I am renting a 1 bedroom apartment and when it was time to choose an area, just to pay $90 less monthly, I chose an apartment without a dishwasher. Now that I renewed my lease for next year, I asked them if they would put a dishwasher in my apartment for free as I have been a really good tenant (I usually pay 3 months' rent at once). They did. I got my dishy-washy today 😀

Just wanted to share as I am pretty happy about it 🙂
