Hmm. I'm logged in and when I check my Woot account details, the State/Province/Region drop-down is empty. There's nothing to select when I drop it down either. I sure hope this doesn't affect anything if/when the item I want comes up.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Anyway... does anyone know of a good Woot-Off app that doesn't require an installation? I can't keep refreshing at work and I can't install apps. Looking for a portable app to throw on my USB thumbdrive I guess.
