Looks like about 6 or 7 inches or so, but it's hard to tell because the wind is so bad.

Nice, my cousin in Northern Illinois just got her school called off today and tomorrow. I wish we could get snow out here in California. I have school tomorrow, but after that, 6 day weekend, YAY!

The plus side to having little/no snow is, you have normal weather.

From my Firefox weather radar it looks like a big swath stretching from Illinois all the way to the east coast and beyond. North/south, it reaches about 2/3 of Michigan, 1/2 of New York, and stops right at the Ohio River. There seems to be something really major in North Carolina, because it's really bright green.

I'm hoping classes *aren't* cancelled tomorrow... it'll screw up my lesson plans for the week!

edit: Hmmm... the thickest band of snow, SE of Cleveland at the moment, appears headed directly in my direction (3 1/2 hours away by car) - looks like the timing of this storm is perfect - heavy snows around 3am-6am may cause the plows to fall behind, causing schools to close.

Man that must suck. It's like getting a sweet deal on a computer then getting taxed twice on it.
