w00t ... just got approved for my first credit card ...

w00t, so did I a few days ago. Actually I got approved for three, but my father told me to keep only two. The two I kept are the Chase Manhattan Platinum Student Card (MasterCard) with a limit of $300.00, and a Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card for College Students (MasterCard) with a limit of $1500.00. The one I got but didn't keep was the Citi Driver's Edge Card for College Students (MasterCard) with a limit of $300.00. I decided to keep the Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card for College Students over the Drivers Edge because I get 1% cash back on the Dividend.

A monkey it is 😛. I can also gget a 12th scale ferrari with that money too, so I can get a ferrari too. And still, wit hthe money left over I can go on a road trip, so I can get the monkey, trip, and ferrari. w00t to overanalyzing.

Ok, purchase:

A Mobile Athlon processor, nice ABIT motherboard, all the accessories
RADEON 9800 XT
Unreal Tournament 2004

Then go to a furniture store (not an office store) and purchase the most comfortable computer chair you can find, no matter the cost.

= gaming heaven. . . .

Great choices. Chase and CitiBank offer great cc's and service.

When you get your first statement, make sure you highlight the balance of "$0.00" or whatever amount it is and frame it cause you'll never see that figure again!! 😛
