OMG, only 69k? I gotta save some more cash and move my ass outta Massachusetts. A 900 sq. foot condo goes for 225-260k.

Yeah, earlier this summer I was looking for a condo near Boston. I decided I needed to save up more, postponed looking for a condo till early next year.
 
OMG. ~70K for a 1336 sq. ft. home?! Our house is around that size and my sis paid about 5x that amount.

Congrats! Show us pics when you've closed escrow and moved in 🙂

Yea it's NUTS. I'm not even from Boston, it's even more than ~260k in town. It's just crazy.
