oh we got snow, and I didn't even have to get out of bed to know it. The snowplow on campus was plowing the Quad next to my window... which doesn't have any shades... so a huge beam of light occasionally came through the window with a large scraping noise to accompany it.

You heard that too? I work in Columbus, but live 50 miles south of it. My dad's a road worker in Hocking County. Columbus barely had a dusting... I was like... WTF? And they said it snowed!!

We, on the other had, had a bit of accumulation... MUCH more than Columbus, but it was still pathetic... only 1/4 inch of snow or so. But the roads were icy as all crap... they were terrible. Once I got north of Rushville, I was laughing at all of the people driving so slowly on all of the roads... and there was barely a dusting of snow out there.

BTW, took some pics last night. There wasn't much snow at all, but you get the idea

we finally got our first real snow in upstate NY. Seems like the lakes aren't going to ice over for a while .. we could have quite a white winter.
