It's not really a mileage rate - we get paid $1.05 per delivery. Huge - I know 😉 lol

I've never been charged... but then I don't get pizza delivered very often. 😛 Maybe they do charge and I just never notice... the prices are so high as it is 🙂

I think its included in the total. I dunno if Ive seen a place that doesn't charge extra for delivery.
