So I am on the phone with this customer and we are making payment arangements for a bill she is overdo on. As we are making the arangements I hear a loud clash over the phone followed by

"You d*** Wen** I told you not to ******* pay them any ******* money ya hear! Than what sounded like a slap followed by "Harold stop" and the phone hanging up. =/

You should have called back.

Phones are disabled to do outbound calls. I told my Supervisor.

omg, if you have there number you should call the police. Often woman don't if there being abused.. Youd be doing her a huge favor, maybe saving her life.

I worked for a credit card collection agency while I was in high school, and there were plenty of weird phone calls and that one I have heard of before too. Answering the phone during sex is probably the best one 🙂 (or at least pretending)
