So an Core i7 8-Core @ 3.0GHz can run a high end game at a low resolution(800x600).
High end cpu's have ALWAYS been able to play a new game at very low resolutions and low framerates. It's called software rendering. What's new here aside from microsoft sticking it's nose in yet another sector?(oh wait that's not new)
