VZW Upgrade issue

I'm trying to upgrade my Aunt's phone on our family plan and it won't let me use the discounted upgrade. After I transfer one of the upgrades to my aunts line, I try to add the Galaxy S3 at the discounted price to cart and then I get the following message:

Anyone know what this crap means? Does it have to do with the new share plans?
