vyatta router and vmware

Red Squirrel

No Lifer
I made a small network with routers for testing and having trouble getting the interfaces to ping. currently the only thing that works is from the PCs to the NATs as well as from PCs to the first router that hits the nat (router 2 and router 3) and router 3 and router 1 can ping each other.

Other then that, nothing can ping. I'm kind of stumped as to why this is the case, but maybe its something i'm overlooking.

The network diagram is here:

http://uosrv.uovalor.com/stuff/vmdiagram.xls

Each nic is assigned to the proper VMnet for its link. (the routers have 3 nics, the nats have 2)

I'm not sure if this is a vmware missconfiguration issue or vyatta issue.

Oh and the IP to the root management server is 192.168.151.10, just realized this is an older version of the diagram.
