I think the issue here is how many people are going to see that and think it is an actual VW commercial?

There are spoofs, and then there is slander. I think this crosses the line because it is not an obvious parody.

Before you think VW is overreacting, look how many idiots believe all the legends and urban myths circulated by E-mail and the web.
