Vw Phones

Friend says that Verizon's motorola phones suck and to go with LG. Still, I hear good thigns about Motorola's new phones...

I have had a t720 for 2 years. 'nuff said.

Question: Do I get the motorolav710 or an LG?

V710

I've used the VX7000 and the V710, the V710 is a MUCH nicer phone.

VX7000 feels like junk in comparison.

Viper GTS

My experience is that motorola has the best reception. I am using a very old motorola phone, I hate its look and size but reception is very good so i'm still using it.

FWIW, I've liked my past 2 LG's. Work out well for me. They seem to hold reception where others do not.

i was an lg fanboy for the longest time. owned: tm510, vx4400, vx6000. but when the feature-rich motorola v710 dropped, i couldnt resist a change. and thus far, i have been impressed. so have co-workers and friends with the features this phone has. mp3's, videos, bluetooth, speakerphone, removable media, etc. not to mention the reception on this thing is better than any other phone ive owned. and according to cnet, the v710 ranked #3 in the lowest-radiation cell phones. so it gets a good signal and wont fry your brain at the same time 😉. using the standard battery, i unplugged from the charger on monday at 11pm. it has 1 bar right now, and that was after almost 2 days of bluetooth usuage, playing mp3's, taking a couple pictures, and jut plain talking. so i can honestly say i am very happy with this phone.

The T720 sucked nuts. I'm amazed you've put up with it so long. I had a StarTAC for a couple of years and was waiting for a new moto color flip. When that T720 came out I was glad to get something else.

In the past I've had bad experiences with motorola (120t and T720-G). I then got a LG VX4600, and it was a great phone that did its job well....until I stepped on it while it was open. Enter the Motorola V710. Great phone, great reception, great tools / gadgets. I would rather have a Sony P900, but it's freaking expensive and it's a GSM only phone. 🙁
