What is the best program to remove the vundoo virus ?

Honestly, I format when Vundo pops up on a client's computer. It's damn near impossible to get rid of.

i got rid of it on someone's laptop i was working on not too long ago...not too hard, just time consuming to track down every little instance of it

I think the biggest problem is by the time I get to work on these computers they've generally had it for months. It's in everything..system restore, restore partition..ugh.

Actually, the very last time I worked on a computer with it I was completely confident it was gone. Gave back the computer..day later they call me saying their internet isn't working again. You wouldn't know it was still there other than it was doing something funky with their ethernet drivers I think, so their internet just plain didn't work. Scanned again and there it was..again.

I tried using Malwarebytes, and I thought it succeeded - then Avira AntiVir warning popped up 1 week later.

I ended up just formatting.
