Vudu App in Windows 10?

I right now have Windows 8.1 but can only play my movies that are on Vudu through web browsers or Vudo 2 Go app but video stutters through all of them, even in SD. I'm hoping that Windows 10 will have a native Vudu app or at least one that you can download from the Microsoft Store for free like they did with the Netflix app in Windows 8.1. My PC is my movie watching/gaming machine and I want to watch my movies through Vudu without stuttering using my PC.
