My system specs are listed below. I have the 23.x det drivers and i've had no probs with them so far. (even tryed last Cert Drivers and still get same prob)
I checked my Refrest rate (because I know this can be a prob) its 60mhz, so theres no prob there.
What I get, is the screen adjusting, and Windows detecting the TV out (so obviously it works) However, the screen just flickers in red and green colors. I can see a slight image of the desktop, but that is it.
Are there any issues with WinXP and TV out?
Honestly, I had a Geforce 2 Ultra (which btw is an amazing card, and im still not sure how much better my G3 is, i havent done benchs...I do notice a 20 FPS increase in 1600x res now hehe) though, I can not remember if i ever ran in on WinXP or not...it ran fine on ME.
Any ideas? need any other info? I've talked with Visiontek CS, they gave me some suggestions, basicaly only lower refresh rate and use Cert drivers, both of which I tryed. I hate sending the card back since it works, and its in there, and...well im lazy, lol. I usualy do not use TV out too much, but since I have the feature, I would like to be able to use it ya know.
