There have been a lot of questionable false starts and other assorted penalties (10+) called against ECU. It's a close game and the last one put them in very long FG range.
Then again, the spread's about 28 and there's no doubt VT can't cover. But still, I realize its an emotional game and all with what happened last year, but are the officials getting caught up in it a little bit?
