VSyncing to the wrong refresh rate!

Alright... just got mjyself an LCD and running DUal Monitors with my old 19" CRT. I run my CRT at 85hz and my LCD at 75hz, only problem now is when I play counterstrike, I have to turn VSync on (otherwise it looks really bad and gives me headaches.. .damned tearing), and when I boot up with both my monitors on (so the CRT as secondary, and extended desktop), it would VSYnc the game to 85hz (my CRT Refresh rate), but i'm playing on my LCD which is primary, so It's not actually vsyncing to my LCD, so I still get tearing.

Any ideas how to solve this? I'm running the Omega's based off the Catalyst 3.9 and I have a Radeon 9500 Soft modded. I have the monitors locked with Refresh Force to 75hz each, but I run my Dell at 85hz on desktop.
