VSFTPD How to define where the FTP directory is?

I recently installed Red Hat on my machine, and want ot transform this box into a webserver.

I already have most things done, but I cant figure out how to specifiy where the FTP server's default directory in VSFTPD. Right now its set to /web/, but I want to set it to /var/www/html/ (When you login to the FTP server it takes you to /web/, but I want it to go to /var/www/html/ ). This seems simple, but I think I'm just overlooking something. Any help!?
