Question VS publishing on Win 10

Running IIS on my local machine for local access and site development. Using VS 2022 to publish. The account I am using on the PC has Admin privileges on PC. When I publish I get an error saying, basically, I don't have the right to update the folders in the inetpub folder. All works fine if I start VS with Run as Admin.

Is there a way around this?
