VS.NET beta 2 anyone?

I'm trying to install VS.NET beta 2 on my PC. I got a DVD in the newest MSDN mag. For some reason it will not let me install it. Has anyone else had problems installing? When I click on "Install VS.NET" it says I need a "Windows Component Upgrade". So I click that and it saying this program has performed an error and quits. Any ideas?
