VS 2022 problem

Uninstalled VS 2010 and installed VS 2022 Community on my Win10 machine. Copied my project from my Win11 machine to Win10. I open my project but in Project explorer I have no Publish, Build or Clean options on a right click. As far as I can tell I installed with all the options I needed. Ideas?
