ViewSonic XG2700-4K is a new 27-inch Ultra HD monitor from the company with support for AMD FreeSync variable refresh rate technology.

The monitor features an IPS panel with 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cm/m2 maximum brightness, 2ms response time, 10-bit colors (8-bit + A-FRC) and 178/178 degree viewing angles. ViewSonic claims the monitor covers 75.06% of the NTSC color gamut, which is pretty decent.

That 60 Hz in the list seems a whole bunch more normal than 144 Hz.

Any idea what the Acer XR342CK is offering over the 341?

I'm guessing a revised/updated/slightly newer curved 3440x1440 panel from LG. Probably shared with the 34UC98 and PG348Q. Will probably include DP 1.3 and USB 3.1 Type-C.

the radius on the curve is tighter than on the 341.. and the OSD and stand have been revised. i think the rest is pretty much the same.

will post the source as soon as i find it again

Thanks for the correction, I've been price watching the 341 for too long, it's muscle memory by now. :D

Nice, thanks for that.

Yes, 1900R curvature (twice as much as the usual 3800R). Looks like joystick OSD control as well. Can't wait to get rid of the 5 wide OSD navigation. My Samsung's OSD buttons are absolutely terrible and inoperable without a hand behind display.
