1. The mobile P4 processor will only run at 1.2GHz, even when "Performance" is selected in the BIOS, which is supposed to force it to always run (regardless of using an adapter or a battery) at 2.0GHz. Has anyone heard of this being a problem with these laptops - I have seen this problem on two separate laptops.
2. The audio on dvd-movie playback is very quiet - barely audible over the fan to cool the laptop. However, the audio on music cd playback is fine.
If anyone has any info on either of these problems, it would be most helpful. Thanks for any info in advance!
