I'm checking out VPN options, Nord VPN and Surfshark seem to be high on the list. So above the "basic" subscription, both of these seem to have "malware protection" options. I have used Malwarebytes before, so I went onto the Malwarebytes page, and low and behold - Malwarebytes above the basic subscription has a VPN option.
So.......VPN with malware option, or Malware with VPN option.....? The VPN's are running at about under £3 per month here which includes the malware option, and malwarebytes is running at about £4 per month including the VPN option. So over 12 or 24 months we are talking about a total difference of £20 - which isn't break-the-bank amounts. So I guess performance/software reliability (non buggyness and "reliable security") would be valued more over "must save money"
