I like IPvanish.

Be forewarned that you won't be able to watch Netflix while you are connected to the VPN. TorGuard has some dedicated IPs (or something like that) every now and then for an additional fee that will let you watch Netflix while connected to the VPN, as far as I know that is the only option.
