VPN question

I have configured my router at work to accept VPN from my home network.

MY question is, is there anything I need to do to my home router to VPN "into" the office?

Seems like I just need to setup a VPN connection from within XP to my work router, and no changes to home router required.

Is this a correct assumption?

Would I only need to configure my home router if I wanted to VPN "into" my home network from work?

I know you have a netpioa somehwere, what is the other router and does it support VPN endpoint? Which one is home and which router is at work?

I would check with belkin's tech support to see if they are compatible. Low end soho routers like Linksys usualy wont provide the interoperability as a god router/firewall.
This does not mean it won't work, but you may have to do a lot of tinkering in the meantime. If this is your 1st time setting up a VPN o for anyone that is doing it for the 1st time, I would suggest using hardware from the same vendor.
