vpn problem on RAPPoE and Earthlink DSL

I have upgraded from WinPoet (oh my... that sucked...) to RAPPoE and have had no more freezeups in the web browser.

However, since I got DSL, I haven't been able to make my mom's VPN connection to her work work (haha)....

The Earthlink connection kicks bootay. It's great. But she needs this.

I have some netgear network card. It shouldn't matter.

And, before I got DSL, I was able to get this to work with dial-up.
