VPN PPTP on NT 4.0

I am trying to set up a VPN on a NT 4.0 box, using what else but PPTP. I'm pretty sure I set it up correctly. I set up the Client on a Win2k Pro machine, and created the PPTP "dial-up" account, but when I try to connect I get a weird error message saying "the specified port is not connected" If anyone has any ideas please lemme know. Thanks
