VPN Difficulties

I have successfuly established a vpn tunnel from my home to a linksys vpn router at the office. The problem is that I am still unable to access any of the resources at the other end of the tunnel. My home network is on a lan that has the same IP configuration as the office - both sides are on 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0. Is there something that must be configured so that I can see what is on the other side? Thanks.

change your home network to a 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0

your computer doesn't know it has to cross the router to access office resources since they are both on the same subnet. try that and i am sure you will be working in no time.
