VPN - DDWRT - Dynamic Routing

So I have a VPN service that I can set up through my Buffalo router running a skinned version of DDWRT which allows every device connected through it to be on the VPN.

This causes problems for my IP camera, because the IP changes constantly so I can't access it from outside of my network.

Also, I really only need one device to be routed through the VPN on the router, my FireTV Stick, the rest of my devices (computers, phones, tablets) all are able to log in to the VPN through an app. The FireTV Stick cannot do this as it lacks the VPN protocols (or whatever it's called) because Amazon didn't include them.

So how do I go about setting up my router so that ONLY the FireTV is routed through the VPN, and every other device that connects to my WiFi is routed through regular traffic?
