ok let me explain the setup first, VP6, 384mb, 2x 900 p3s, 2x 30gb 7200 rpm hds in RAID0,2x8gb hds in RAID0 (backup) sblive value, lne100tx, 56k 3com modem, geforce256 ddr (asus v6800) ok this is my problem, i have tried win2k & XP and im losing patience simply both installs are clean on a partition on the RAID0 array, both get through copying files but as soon as either gets to installing devices they stop half way and the hard drive light is steady and it does nothing else, i have tried taking out all the hardware leaving video, hd, chips and mobo and memory and nada! i have played with all the bios options i can find and its running the newest bios from abit, anyone have any ideas?
