I got a VP6 and am currently running two 700 cc0 P3 processors at 987 MHz (141x7.0) I am having difficulty getting into Win2k at 142+ on the fsb. The strange thing is, I can enter windows to the point where it loads all my programs from the startup folder into my system tray, then a machine error and auto-restart. I get this error at 994 (142x7.0) all the way up to 1036 (148x7.0). I haven't seriously tried anything higher than 1036, just guessed at a fsb setting and went with it. Surprised me when it almost made it into Windows.

I am suspecting that the scsi setup has something to do with the problems. My main boot drive is a scsi 9.0 gb hdd. I have already tried to strip my memory of all its tweaks. I had my PC133 set at cl3, 8/10ns setting, no interleave, and a 1.5ns delay. The same problems occurred there as when I have it tweaked at cl2, Turbo setting, 4-way interleave, and no delay. Auto-restart.

Could the scsi hdd be holding me back from achieving a higher fsb? The two processors were tested at 1017 for 12+ hrs individually using Seti and Prime95. I am using the same hs/f that he used when testing them and have the voltages set at 1.9v for core and went as high as 3.6v for the northbridge. No help with increasing past 3.4 or 3.5v

Any help will be appreciated.
