VP of Engineering may be leaving...

..so i kinda know he's been looking for a new gig.
Well, rest of office kinda knows...those excuse to leave early, stay home for yard work...
don't actually fly.

It seems he's looking for more pay...like 1/4 million is insufficient...he wants more.
Can't believe it, in this market, he's looking for more...we're a small outfit so asking for
more than that is kinda crazy i think.

If it happens, man, that'll be the 3rd VP of Eng that i've outlasted. Fvckin sucks for me too coz
i friggin got to get used to a new person, change protocols, adjust to new personality...etc.

Heh...you should work for the military. New bosses every 2 (or less) years, new policies every 2 years, new procedures every two years...

You should try working for me. All of my underlings are on strict turnover schedules as I move them from demeannig duty to demeaning duty. I change policies and procedures weekly and allow them only one bathroom break every 18 hour shift.
