I haven't watched the video, but according to its description, it appears to be based on

"NASA Contacts Voyager 2 Using Upgraded Deep Space Network Dish" (Nov 2, 2020)​

and perhaps on

"Voyager Spacecraft Detect New Type of Solar Electron Burst" (Dec 10, 2020)​

The video is from March 2021.
