I don't care who you vote for tomorrow, but I do care that you vote for candidates that actually support your beliefs. Don't vote for those whom you think support your beliefs, when it's very possible that's not the case.

www.issues2000.org

Fantastic non-partisan site detailing the stances of major political candidates on the issues. Includes a fun "quiz" to test which party/ideals/candidates agree most with your values on major issues.

Good luck.

My results:
Microsoft Cursor Engine error '80040e38'

Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it was last read.

/quizeng/qe_scoring.asp, line 92

Edit: Retook the test. No surprise here, both Bush and Kerry are waaay at the bottom of my list. The top two people on mine are Dick Cheney, (I'm kind of :Q by this) followed very closely by Joe Lieberman.

So what does that say about me?

Another reason to vote Kerry! Bush attacked this website because it told the truth. :brokenheart:

Lieberman and Cheney were the two guys at the top for me. Bush and Kerry were way down. Badnarik and Peroutka were up, and so was Dean. That makes literally no sense to me. I can't think of anything I'd agree with Peroutka on(well a few things), and I didn't care for Dean at all either.

Kerry comes in at #11 for me. No wonder I do NOT want this guy in there

See my edit above, that's almost the same results I got. Kind of confusing.

I don't care for Bush or Kerry's policies, but I know I don't like Dean or Peroutka. I actually like Lieberman and Cheney enough to vote for them, but other than that...

Oh, Badnarik was up there some as well.

Leiberman was #1 for me (far and away... 48%, next was 35%)

Bush and Kerry are tied or within 1 percent at about 33%, depending on what mood I'm in. (Last week, Kerry was way down on the list, this week I guess I'm feeling a bit more liberal.)

Bush came out first for me at 43%
Kerry was dead last at 8%

I've heard of Michael Peroutka before, though no details, but he was a close 2nd with 40%

I get Nader and Badnarik near the top, but since they're not going to win Kerry is ahead of Bush in both those quizzes.

interesting.......

Your Total Score Versus Bush

Overall Matching Score: 25%
Bush is not for you. You disagree on all important issues.

Your Subscores Versus Bush

Personal Matching Score: 20%
Bush very poorly matches your views on personal issues.

Economic Matching Score: 30%
Bush very poorly matches your views on economic issues.

You agree with Bush more on economic issues than on personal issues, but not significantly more. You will find more agreement with Bush on issues like free trade and defense spending levels than on issues like criminal enforcement and constitutional rights.

and here I would have voted for bush. :p
