Yup this is where I live. It takes a lot of work. But worth it.

I would so love to move to a place like that. I grew up in a small town in Louisiana. My best friend had a farm..I was over there non stop. Hunting, fishing, riding 4 wheelers...it was great. If my wife woudl move I would so move back to the country.
