VOS32 fans...suck or blow?

I know that this has been addressed before but on my VOS32 I hae two YS Tech fans - should they suck air from the HS or blow air onto it? It looks like they blow by stock..

I think it can be either way, but it is usually set-up to blow on the heatsink. I have my VOS32 with two delta's blowing on the heatsink, and it keeps my Athlon very cool. If you wanted to, you could try both ways and take temperature readings to see what way is better. I have even heard of some people using one in each direction...
