Vortex based Sound in Linux with a i815.

I know Win9X has issues with installing the drivers for these sound cards on i815 motherboards. I do not think the drivers from linux.a3d.com will work either. Unless my problems are due to me using RH7.0 or something else.

Anyone have a Vortex and i815 and get sound working through linux?
