VooDoo5 problems

I am on my third VooDoo5 AGP card. The first lasted for about 4.5 months, the second 3 months and this one 2 weeks. Both the second and third one were sent to me from the manufacture when I sent mine in to be repaired. The screen flickers and a green tint comes over everything. Has anyone else seen this problem? It causes the colors to not be displayed correctly. The monitor is good, I checked it on the other PCs hooked up Cybex Switchbox. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I am getting very tired of these VooDoo5 cards.....

What manufacture 3DFX has been gone for some time?
Someones fibbing to you on that one,I get the feeling your getting the same card sent back to you or something is wrong somewhere else. Send it back ask for a replacement but earmark the card in some way.
