voodoo5 problem with soft rebooting (need help!)

Seems that whenever this card is soft rebooted (reset is pressed) my voodoo5 5500 won't work (ie the screen just stays blank) but if i power down, then power back up, it works fine. Anyone know what might be causing this

Sounds like it may be power related,especialy knowing the V5 takes a lot of juice. It may be the card needs the push from freshly loaded capasitors and what not to kick over. If your overclocked it could have to do with that too?
