voodoo4 PCI and Geforce4 TI in same PC?

hey guys, i know there was a topic covering something similar a while back to what i am about to ask but it does not answer my specific question. Is it possilbe to run a geforce4 TI in the agp slot for OpenGL and DirectX and have a Voodoo4 PCI in to run just GLIDE. I dont want to use a wrapper. WOuld this work? IF so, how would i go about doing it or would it be so conflicting that it would not work? thnx

Yup. You'll only get Glide acceleration on the monitor connected to the Voodoo4, and you'll need a multimonitor-aware OS (Win2K, WinXP) but I can't think of a reason offhand why it wouldn't work. I'm sure Windows can.

It should be fine. I ran a V5 5500 PCI with a GF3 Ti200 for about a year without any problems. The challenge will be finding Win2K and XP drivers that work with all your games. That's why I eventually pulled the V5 from my main rig, but its still chugging along nicely in my P3 server.
